- Access and Dissection
- Structural Rhinoplasty
- Preservation Rhinoplasty: Cartilaginous Pushdown and Full Letdown
- Hybrid Rhinoplasty

- Augmenting and lowering the radix
- Correction of the Deviated Nose
- Septoplasty and its variations
- Tip sutures and their algorithm
- Achieving a straight and properly oriented sidewall
- Lateral crura struts and alar contour grafts
- Alar wedges, final camouflage and free diced cartilage
- Postop care: tips and tricks
Alessandro Gualdi - Contemporary Facelift: Deep Plane and variations
- From facial analysis to surgical plan: selecting the right candidate for deep plane facelift
- Planning of the skin incision and vectors
- Approach, access and safe dissection: from skin incision to the SMAS
- Entry points and dissection planes under the SMAS
- Retention ligaments: release, preservation and their role in midface support
- Neck and platysma: management of the cervical structures
- The concept of the “Preservation” Deep Plane Facelift: what changes
- The use of the surgical net and haemostatic glue
- Postoperative management and preventing complications: practical tips & tricks
- Three days in HD connection with the operating room
- Three contemporary Primary Rhinoplasty and three Facelift cases of varying complexity and highlighting different situations
- Masterclasses on our algorithm and the techniques We will demonstrate
- Lectures and videos on the many topics and current refinements We employ
- Cases analysis and videocases
- A classroom -like format with individual one-to-one interaction
- A collegial atmosphere with stimulating group dynamics, individual attention, and clarity and honesty above all
- Moderation and debate by Roman Kufa
Learning through direct experience
The HD connection provides a perspective that is impossible to achieve through pre-recorded videos. Each participant observes the decision-making process in real time, understands technical variations dictated by anatomical specificities, and learns from the management of unexpected situations.
Targeted Tips & Tricks
Our preferred techniques and approaches, refined over years of clinical experience, which in practice make a substantial difference in results.
Direct sharing without filters
During each procedure, We also share doubts, alternative considerations, past mistakes, and how We overcame them. When We need to modify the preoperative planning due to an unexpected intraoperative finding, We explain the decision-making process in real time. These moments represent the heart of surgical learning.
